The Range is a new restaurant at the base of Steamboat Resort at Mount Werner. Adjacent to Skeeter’s Ice Rink and with stunning views of Steamboat Resort, The Range Food & Drink Hall has the feel of an indoor/outdoor lunch and après lounge with a bar on each of the two levels, along with a fittingly wide range of cuisine options to meet everyone’s palate.
Aptly named, The Range features four different dining options for guests at Steamboat Resort. Twister Tacos serves street-style tacos, Sunshine Bowl will warm your soul with a variety of ramen bowls, Pioneer Pies will feature pizza, a ski area must-have, and Why Not Sandwich Shop offers fresh salads and sandwiches. If you are familiar with Steamboat Ski Area, you will notice the clever tie-in with the names of each dining option, named after several trails and areas across the resort.
Skeeter’s LawnÂ
Located right outside of The Ranch Food & Drink Hall is Skeeter’s ice rink but for the summer, Steamboat has transformed this space into an astroturf lawn for kids of all ages to play! So while you are grabbing some bites or a cocktail at The Range, you can head to the lawn for some yard games!
Steamboat’s first food hall; The Commons, brings new energy for the community and to Steamboat’s downtown hub. The space will provide a comfortable opportunity to find your place to get some work done, have a midday lunch break or meet up with friends and family for après or dinner. Vendors include – The Common Bar, Clyde’s Pies, Mimi&Pins Churros and Waffles, Poke the Bear, Sizzling Jamaican, and Yeild.
Experience the delightful ambiance of Music at the Mountain, taking place every Saturday afternoon from 5:00 – 7:00pm on the Steamboat Stage, nestled in the heart of Steamboat Square. Indulge in culinary offerings and refreshments at the newly introduced Range Food and Drink Hall. Engage in entertaining outdoor activities, including lawn games at Skeeter’s Park. And as the sun sets, catch Coca-Cola Movies on the Mountain, presenting a new film each week. Join us Saturday and get ready for a boatload of fun.
